Two Different Crops, Two Different Colors

I guess I'll be the first to post my pictures for this week. Here are two different variations of the same picture. I love this photo, but I don't like how the railroad track meets up with the top of her head as it fades into the background.

I took these out in Deweyville along the railroad track. I found several fun places to take pictures out there - dirt roads, a canal, a bridge, old buildings, farm land, etc.

New Favorite Baby Shots!

This was my first "on location" newborn portrait session. These were done with one softbox light and natural light coming through the clients front window. This little precious baby was my youngest yet. 3 days old!

What do you think about this baby shot?

I saw a photo on a blog where they had installed a floor in their studio that will allow for reflections under the subject. Well, I can't install floors yet, but thought I'd try this!
I'm not sure if I "love" it, but it's growing on me!

Flowers and a Duck!

I shot these flowers in San Diego, California with my Kodak Z712IS with the macro lens set. I thought the flowers were so pretty and so different than what we have here!

I shot this duck in San Diego, California last week. It was taken with a Kodak Z712IS with the automatic scene shot set.
